2. Our Service.
By using the web site you agree that the owner of this web site exclusively reserve the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue this web site and its services or delete the data you provide, whether temporarily or permanently. We shall have no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information.
3. Your Responsibilities and Registration Obligations.
In order to add an advert you need to be a registered member, if you choose to provide us with your personal information to sign up to the web site, you agree to provide truthful information when requested. When registering, you explicitly agree to our Terms of Use and as may be modified by us from time to time and available here.
When adding an advert to the web site you agree that all information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and all contact information is real. You may not add an advert for anything that does not belong to you, or anything that is not legally yours to sell.
If you see anything on the site that you know is being sold illegally or you strongly suspect it is being sold illegally it is your responsibility as a Membe user to report it to the administration team.

Account information is password-protected. Keep your password safe. Membe does not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 13. If Membe learns that a posting is by a person under the age of 13, Membe will remove that post. Membe, or people who post on Membe, may provide links to third party websites, which may have different privacy practices. We are not responsible for, nor have any control over, the privacy policies of those third party websites, and encourage all users to read the privacy policies of each and every website visited. We sometimes collect your email address, for purposes such as sending self-publishing and confirmation emails, authenticating user accounts, providing subscription email services, We sometimes collect your phone number for account authentication purposes, and may transmit it to a third party service for tele-robotic verification. Our web logs collect standard web log entries for each page served, including your IP address, page URL, and timestamp. Web logs help us to diagnose problems with our server, to administer the Membe site, and to otherwise provide our service to you. Membe does not have any method of storing and financial information as the site is completely free and would never ask you for any bank information.
