Description

Hello and thank you for looking at this listing =)

On sale here is my beloved and well cared for Sony DSR-PD150 PAL DVCAM broadcast quality camcorder.

Overview:

The camera is in very good condition, perfect optics, low hours and comes with original manual, battery and a Sony wide angle lens+appropriate lens hood.

I have owned it for around 6 years and in that time is has been very well looked after and used to create many superb projects that I am immensely proud of. I have absolutely adored this machine, it's a pleasure to use and extremely durable. The reason for sale is that my company is really taking off and, although the PD150 still cuts the mustard in a big way, we're looking to upgrade cameras and need the extra money.

No funny business here, everything mentioned above is included in the sale and the photos are all of the actual parts for sale.

The camera is in very good condition indeed, all buttons and ports are pristine, and the optics are perfect (on both camera and included wide angle lens). There are two small areas of wear: there are marks on the bottom from where the camera has been attached to tripods and there are very small scratches on one edge of the back of the camera, but both of these are very minor cosmetic damage and do not effect the cameras operation in any way. Please see the photos for details of these areas.

Otherwise the camera is in absolutely great shape, looking like it might have been bought just a matter of months ago. I've really cared for it over the years and it has never let me down in anyway.

It's sad to be parting with it =(

Hours Meter:

Operation: 95x10H
Drum Run: 48x10H
Tape run: 34x10H
Threading: 122x10

Operation is the total amount of time the camera has been powered on.

Drum run would be how many hours the tape drum (heads) have been spinning.

Tape run would be how many hours the capstan has been pulling tape across the spinning drum.

Threading may be a count of how many times the tape mechanism has threaded the tape over the drum.

Although this camera has been used, the hours are low and there is still allot of life in it yet. The hours on this camera is considerably less than most you will see available second hand.

Sony cameras have been known to do 4 or 5 times more work than this one and still work just fine.

I would advise anyone who is able to come and visit me in person to check over the camera and pay cash on collection. I am located within easy walking distance of Clapham South Underground.

If cash on collection is not possible then I would prefer a direct bank transfer or cheque, PayPal is my least preferred payment option due to their extortionate fees.

The camera will be posted within 24 hours of cleared and confirmed payment.

Everything will be carefully packed with bubble wrap and a good sized cardboard box and posted with a reputable delivery service.

Please feel free to ask any questions that have about the sale.

Overall this is an absolutely superb camera and is guaranteed to serve it's lucky new owner perfectly for many years to come.

Pick up a bargain today!

Happy bidding =)
