Basically this is a Mobile broadband dongle from three for which i opened a 20 month contract 15 pounds a month for 5GB. 

However I dont need it anymore but I am stuck with 15 Months left on the contract, the only way out of the contract is if i change ownership with someone else.

there is no charge for the change of ownership, all it will mean is now you are responsible to pay £15 a month.

as an incentive i will give you cash back of 50pounds.
